Forge
La lame prend forme sous le marteau. Chaque couche d'acier est pliée et ressoudée à chaud pour créer une âme à la fois résistante et flexible.

Trempe
L'acier est porté à haute température puis trempé — le refroidissement rapide durcit le tranchant et révèle le hamon, cette onde visible sur la lame.
03
Polissage
Le forgeron polit la lame à la main avec des pierres naturelles de grains croissants, révélant son éclat, son tranchant et son âme.

Beautiful sword. Great balance of form and function. I got the Damascus san mai steel for the blade. Looks like mountains and sky. Took a month to arrive but well worth the wait.
